Dear Craig,

I’d like to take the opportunity to thank you for the work you did for us.

With newborn twins discovering mold in my home was about the worst thing I felt could happen to us. I was very concerned and even considered moving out until we got it cleaned up. I did a bit of research and with my background as a nurse I became more and more concerned about mold in homes and newborn babies.

From the first time we spoke on the phone I had a sense that you where the right guy for me. The thoroughness of your first inspection was impressive, but when you came back out for a second time just to make sure that you hadn’t missed anything demonstrated to me that you really cared about your clients and took pride in what you do.

That was just one of the many ways you excelled, when we selected a remediation contractor you where adamant about making sure they did what they where supposed to. When you weren’t satisfied with the work they did, you had them come back and work until it was resolved.

I really felt you treated my home as if it was your own and I couldn’t have gotten better service or attention if I was your sister. You where always there to answer my questions and quell my fears and for that I’m grateful.

Thank you for making my home safe for my babies, my husband and myself.

It’s been six months now since you and Hunter did the mold inspection at my business and found where the problem was.


When your dog Hunter found where the mold was I really was surprised that it could be so nasty back there and we had no idea. It was amazing how quickly we started to feel better after we had it cleaned up, we now all feel like we're living in a healthy environment. I haven’t heard my daughter wheezing, coughing or walking around here looking sickly since.

I wanted to thank you and let you know how much we appreciate your services and what an improvement our office is.

I’ll gladly pay for a box of treats for Hunter, just send me the bill.

As a physician, the well being of people is something that I focus on a daily  basis. When I was purchasing a new home and discovered there where some issues  with water intrusion and possible mold I sought an expert to investigate. I  wasn’t going to buy a house with a mold problem and I certainly wasn’t going to  move my family into a house that had unhealthy mold growing in it.

I did  quite a bit of research and asked around among the pulmonary staff and heard a  company mentioned a couple of times “Advanced Mold Diagnostics”. I called and  spoke with a Craig Camel and after discussing what kind of a mold inspection he  proposed I made an appointment.

As a medical doctor conversing with  someone that has an understanding of the medical implications of mold exposure  was comforting. Well, after three hours or so I learned more about construction;  how homes where built and how water intrusion impacts a home and how mold  problems arise inside a home then I would have thought possible.

Craig’s  experience and knowledge was impressive. When he brought one of his mold  detection dogs through and the dog started barking at a wall that abutted the  crawl space he investigated further and sure enough there was some nasty looking  black mold behind it. I’m not sure an inspection without a mold detection dog  would have necessarily found that.

He took a great deal of time  investigating every nook and cranny of the house explaining along the way what  he was finding and what it meant. I really got a feeling that he was looking at  this house as if he was moving his loved ones into it. He pointed out numerous  problem areas and then sent a written report that was both detailed and  comprehensive.

After the mold remediation was done we had Craig come  back out and check to make sure everything was done correctly, again he spent  considerable time making sure that nothing was missed in the mold inspection. 

I would not hesitate to recommend Advanced Mold Diagnostics if someone  where having health concerns that they thought where related to exposure to  mold.

Dear Craig,

I just wanted to shoot you out a quick note to thank you. As you know, this has been quite an ordeal for us. The problem with the roof really stumped us. I don’t know what we would have done if we hadn’t had you come over to figure out what was wrong. The job your company did cleaning the mold out of the attic and making it safe for me and my kids was just great. I’ve never seen guys work so hard in my life. They took care of all floors, moved the furniture and cleaned all the insulation out of the attic. I can’t believe it, the mold is all gone and I’m not afraid to store stuff up there now.

I’d recommend you to anybody.

Mr. Camel,

A belated thank you for the mold diagnostics, mold remediation, duct cleaning, basement waterproofing, dehumidifier, and wall refinishing.  The efforts of your firm and contractors back in January and February were a proven success this week after the heavy rains of the nor’easter.  Our basement and family room remain dry.  The mold and musty smell are a distant memory.  We’re confident that our problems are solved and will remain so.  The family room is freshly painted and new carpet goes in next week.  We’re looking forward to using it again.  

I highly recommend your services.  Your mold diagnostics are superior and the test results were convincing as was the independent post-remediation test.  You gave us a fair price for the mold remediation, did a thorough job and completed the work on-time.  I was impressed by your adherence to isolation procedures to prevent the spread of the mold to the rest of the house.  The cost of waterproofing was reasonable too and was installed well within the time estimate despite a snowstorm.  The system has proved it’s worth.  The wall refinishing was also a job well done.  We’re glad we got the dehumidifier you recommended.  It’s very effective even in the cool basement environment.
